Where is the group from and how long have you been here?

We were formed in Brooklyn, N.Y., and have toured quite extensively in the last two years.

We found a second home in Savannah and on Tybee and find ourselves routing our touring through there more than anywhere else.

We officially began renting a commercial space in December of this year, though last year, we spent most of the winter here, as well, recording our latest release, "Whale Hail," at Elevated Basement Studio in Savannah.

Who are some of your musical influences?

Some of our musical influences include Frank Zappa, Paul Simon, Dr. Dog and Queen.

Your sound in three words:

Dynamically, pleasantly schizophrenic.

What are some of your favorite Savannah venues and why?

Our favorite gigs to play in Savannah are those produced by Live Wire Productions because of the attention to sonic space and dynamic spectrum.

When Live Wire Music Hall was around, it was one of our favorite spots in the country. Now we prefer to play the Tybee Island Social Club. In fact, we literally helped build the stage there.

What's in the future for your band?

We look forward to continuing to write and release songs in our discography, as well as developing the production value of our live shows to incorporate other artistic avenues with which we enjoy working (e.g. lighting, stage design, etc.)

Anything else to add?

Our manifesto is very simple.

We want to allow other people to shine by showing that music can be a positive and intricate form of expression.

We think there is too much nonsense in the music industry today, and we want to bring people to magical states of consciousness, both with our studio releases and our live shows.

We work hard and feel privileged to be able to do what we do. Thank you so much for your support.
