Savannah Stopover Music Festival has confirmed that more than 20 sponsors will participate in the 2014 festival, which will take place March 6-8.

Premier Sponsors include Mailchimp, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Whole Foods Market, Gaslight Group and  One West Victory.

Lagunitas Brewing, based in Petaluma, Calif., will be the official beer sponsor, orchestrating tap takeovers and special offerings throughout the weekend.

The company's Sprinter Van (only one of two in the world), including eight taps, will be arriving into Savannah in time for the Free Community Concert in Ellis Square on March 8.

Additionally, Lagunitas will serve as the Stage Sponsor for both stages at Congress Street Social Club. Information regarding specific beers by venue will be announced prior to the festival.

Whole Foods Market joins as the Band/VIP/Press Bag Sponsor. Look for announcements regarding local Stopover in-store band appearances in the coming weeks, as well as a sampling tent featuring signature catering items from the new Whole Foods store in Savannah during the Ellis Square concerts on March 8.

Gaslight Group joins as Band and Press Hospitality Sponsor. The Savannah-based restaurant group will be hosting band and press dinners throughout the festival at the Press Lounge, located in the Blacksmith Quarters operated by Staybridge Suites on Lincoln Street. Southern food from across the group's portfolio of restaurants, including B. Matthews, Blowin' Smoke and The 5 Spot, will be showcased. Abe's on Lincoln, located across from the Press Lounge, will also participate as an intimate music venue and official press bar. The bar will remain open to the public throughout the festival.

MailChimp returns as the Savannah Stopover Artist Lounge Sponsor. This year's Artist Lounge will again be located at 36 Martin Luther King Blvd. The festival will occupy all three floors of the building March 6-8. The first floor will serve as a private bar open to all Stopover passholders. Two bands will perform in the first floor space per day, including a few "secret shows" which will be announced last-minute. During performance hours, the first floor will also be open to the general public for $10.

The second floor will serve as the Artist Lounge for bands, press and VIPs (and host the festival's official late-night after parties). The third-floor loft space will serve as the festival's newly formed Founder's Circle Club and will also host the March 7 edition of Seersucker Live's Literary Event "The Jig Episode." The event will be ticketed separately.

One West Victory is currently offering a drawing to win two festival VIP passes when you visit their leasing office at 2404 DeSoto Ave. during the month of February.  One West Victory is a fully furnished student housing community located in the heart of Savannah, just minutes on foot or bike from Savannah College of Art and Design Forsyth Park and downtown. Savannah Stopover will participate in the March 7 Savannah Art March by showcasing a selection of top posters from its Band Poster Juried Exhibition, which will be awarded on March 6 at the festival's Opening Night Concert and Band Poster Event. The posters will be on display at One West Victory's space in DeSoto Row. The Art March trolley will also shuttle attendees back down to the Historic District  in time for Friday night's Stopover shows.

Founder's Circle Club

The Savannah Stopover Music Festival has announced the creation of the Stopover Founder's Circle, which will offer individuals and corporations three levels of support to choose from. A portion of Founder's Circle funding in 2014 will go toward the creation of a Stopover-related foundation, which will offer financial support to help further develop local and regional bands. Membership includes VIP Stopover Passes, tickets to other Musicfile Productions concerts in 2014, invites to special events and numerous other perks.
