Vox Populi: ‘I gave up criticizing for Lent.’

06 Apr 2017

“All things Trump can’t be the only people’s messages Vox receives, can it?”

“Before any elected official tries to implement a new great program, make sure the taxpayers’ money is there to pay for it. At present we are broke financially, so quit spending and thinking. Government has to start eliminating agencies and bureaucrats.”

“I can see why some folks would choose a life of selling and using drugs over a life of working in a legitimate profession. The first option takes very few skills and pays well while the second option requires education, dedication and hard work. “

“Let’s run the government like a business, a Trump business. Hire based on nepotism, borrow tons of money and then refuse to pay it back.”

“I gave up criticizing for Lent. Can’t wait for Easter so that I can start calling Vox again and rejoin the chorus of whiners.”

“Just watched a short series on Netflix that every high school counselor, principal, teacher and parent should see. It will change you. Maybe it will change our young people, too, if you watch and learn. It’s called ‘13 Reasons Why.’ Please watch it and learn from it.”

“Do you guys ever read what this person picks to put in this column? I mean, you’ve got to be kidding me to keep letting this idiot or idiots keep putting these ultra-liberal opinions in here.”

“I wonder how long it will take our Republican reps in Washington to finally realize the king is wearing no clothes?”

“I recently heard John McCain was talking about some ‘big fat kid with a bad haircut’ being dangerous because of nuclear capabilities at their fingertip. I just didn’t know who he was talking about — either Kim Jong-Un or Donald Trump.”
