The Starland District will keep it hopping April 8 with the very first Art March Parade & Festival. Enjoy the parade starting at 3 p.m., followed by pop-up house shows along the route and live music, food trucks and additional pop-up shops in the Starland parking lot at Whitaker and 41st streets.
