Where is the group from and how long have you been in Savannah?

Zak is a native of Vermont. Josh, Derek and Daniel are all from Georgia and have been playing music in and around Savannah in different bands for around a decade now.

Who are some of your musical influences?

Individually, we all listen to different stuff but collectively, some personal classics like the Ramones, Nirvana, Devo, Fugazi, Refused, Bowie, the Residents ...

Describe your sound in three words.

Hooky, noisy, fun.

What are some of your favorite Savannah venues to perform at and why?

The Jinx has a homey atmosphere, good people and the proper platform for loud music.

The Sparetime has affordable shows and the solid sets we've had there were good times.

The Dollhouse is great because it's an incredible space and is getting off the ground as a definitive venue in Savannah (also, Peter has that sick studio set up).

What's in the future for your band?

We're currently recording demos for a home studio full length, and we're getting into Dollhouse at the end of the year to record a separate small batch of songs over there. By spring 2014, we should be on the road consistently.

We may be doing a few stints in the Southeast before the year's up to promote, as well.
