Emily Bargeron, the designer and creator behind Mamie Ruth, is known for her funky, bold colors and gorgeous prints.

"This collection is easy, wearable and fun," she said.

From her website: "Mamie Ruth strives to make clothes that make you want to kick off your shoes and dance to the beat of your own drum. The Mami girl is a free-spirited wanderer. ... The Mamie Ruth brand is more than just clothing, it's a way of life."

Mary Liz Pulk is the owner and designer of MLiz Designs. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, she has been designing and making jewelry since 2009.

"She uses material from nature and strives to use many of the materials in the rough, unpolished form. Each piece is handmade in her studio space in Savannah, including all of the gold plating," according to her website.

The two designers will team up for a trunk show from 1-7 p.m. April 29 at Mamie Ruth Studio, 20 W. Taylor St. Customers will also be invited to create their own headbands and other pieces at the jewelry bar.
