Baby Baby at Social Club

9 p.m. Aug. 12. Congress Street Social Club, 411 W. Congress St. One of Atlanta's most fun rock bands, Baby Baby, returns to Savannah. Taking notes from punk to funk, Baby Baby's party rock is in the irreverent spirit of Andrew W.K., loud and fun. They've played Savannah several times, opening for local rockers CUSSES on multiple occasions. Any Baby Baby show is a guaranteed good time. Do it.

Aug. 12

Unity in the Park

1 p.m. - 7 p.m. Aug. 12. Forsyth Park. Unity in the Community will hold the first Unity in the Park event. Nonprofits and several vendors will be on hand. There will be live music and the spray pad in front of the band shell will be on to keep everyone cool. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic chairs, coolers and cook out stuff.

Savannah PirateCon

2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Aug. 12. Historic District, Savannah. The Savannah Pub Crawlers will hold the annual Savannah PirateCon in downtown Savannah. A full list of the bars will be posted online. Attendees are strongly encouraged to dress up in any pirate-related costume; the crazier the costume, the better. This is an adult only event and pirates are encouraged to play responsibly.

Date Night: 'Dirty Dancing'
