Savannah musicians are spreading holiday cheer with concerts that are sure to please a variety of listeners.

First up, the Lucas Theatre continues its popular cabaret series with "Cool Yule" from Dec. 18-20.

These intimate shows often sell out, so you really should order your tickets now.

This next event is quickly becoming a local favorite.

The fourth annual Homegrown Holiday Hoedown on Dec. 19 features some of the city's top bands: The Accomplices, The Train Wrecks and Soap.

This one also usually sells out, so again, get those tickets early!

The Goliards choral group brings a unique holiday concert with "The Message of Gabriel" on Dec. 21.

And last but not least, the Coastal Jazz Association hosts its 39th annual Christmas Jam Concert on Dec. 25 at Savannah Station.

If this hasn't been a tradition in your family, now is the perfect time to make it one. It's also a great way to support music scholarships.
