Concert of the week

Slow Caves, Bero Bero, Early Branch: 9 p.m. April 10; El-Rocko Lounge, 117 Whitaker St.; Free; www.elrockolounge.com. Need a mid-week dance party/pick-me-up? Colorado-based indie/garage rock band Slow Caves will make a stop in Savannah with a hump-day cure. Joining them are in support are Savannah bands Bero Bero (danceable, synth-pop) and Early Branch (psychedelic, garage rock).
