Radicchio Salad
Lentil and quinoa blend with cucumber and feta served over radicchio lettuce

Chef carved slices of filet mignon topped with sautéed mushrooms in a port wine reduction served with horseradish mashed potatoes and haricot vert

Stuffed with turnip greens, bacon, and cornbread and with a mustard BBQ sauce, served with sweet potato-mash

Pecan encrusted Trout and sautéed vegetables served over Savannah green rice and finished with a tarragon dill cream sauce
