Bon Appétit highlighted Savannah's The Grey Market and their chopped liver sandwich as part of their "Highly Recommend" column recently, saying that this menu item isn't one to miss. According to the column, "liver rarely gets a day in the sun" but the one at The Grey Market is "a perfectly executed chopped liver on rye with a side of crunchy pickle." The magazine mentions that The Grey Market "created a very-adorable-but-not-to-the-point-of-being-saccharine market/eatery that falls somewhere between New York deli and southern diner, making good on both her NYC roots and Georgia heritage in one spot."
