Savannah’s Victory North has announced that they will be postponing their lineup until April 14 due to rising concerns with COVID-19 or the coronavirus.
“Please know that the health and safety of our patrons, artists and staff are of highest priority to us. Although no official moratorium on mass gatherings has been mandated for the city or the state at this time, we feel it is our responsibility to do everything we can to keep our community safe,“ the venue said in their issued statement.
“We are joining other local organizations who have made the same decisions to cancel/postpone events such as The Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and The 2020 Savannah Music Festival. Our hope is that we are able to reschedule as many of the affected events as possible, but at this time there is no information on new dates. If a new date is announced, there is nothing you need to do: your tickets are valid for the new date and you will be notified.“
Six shows will be affected by the decision.
