As we wait for the pandemic to subside, it is always nice to think back on some of your favorite memories at some of the top eating spots in Savannah. To meet your appetite, one travel magazine named some of their favorites.
Conde Nast Traveler released a list of their 13 picks for the best restaurants in Savannah with a number of local favorites making the list. The 13 listed include: the Olde Pink House, the Collins Quarter, Vic’s on the River, Cotton & Rye, The Grey, Husk Savannah, Flock to the Wok, The Original Crab Shack, Sandfly BBQ, Noble Fare, Green Truck Pub, Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room and Rancho Alegre Cuban Restaurant.
According to the post, Savannah has become appealing to travelers due to the gluttony of options when it comes to high class dining and experiences.
"A culinary revolution is happening in Savannah, reflecting a mix of the traditional to nouveau Southern food, where the past collides with the present in atmosphere and experience," the post stated.
While most things have halted due to the pandemic, Savannah has still received a few accolades from national publications. Recently, Resonance Consultancy listed the Hostess City as one of their picks for the best 50 small cities.
